Dr. Joyce F. Azzam — First Lebanese woman to climb Everest & all Seven Summits. Currently pursuing a world record only one other woman has ever achieved.
"She helps individuals, teams, and organizations transform their relationship with adversity — turning impossible into possible, one step at a time."
Dr. Joyce Azzam is the first Lebanese woman — and one of only three Arab women — to complete the Seven Summits Challenge, standing on top of the highest mountain on every continent, including Mount Everest. She holds a PhD in Landscape and Environment Management from La Sapienza University of Rome, three master's degrees, and speaks five languages fluently.
From the boardrooms of Accenture, Novo Nordisk, PwC, Dubai Holding, L'Oréal, and Pierre Fabre — and from the stage of IMD Business School, where she currently speaks in the Leadership Under Pressure executive program — Joyce brings a rare combination of elite athletic achievement, academic depth, UN-level credibility, and a warm, story-driven speaking style that resonates with audiences from corporate C-suites to primary school classrooms.
All of Joyce's keynotes, workshops, and programs flow from four deeply interconnected pillars that resonate with audiences from corporate C-suites to primary school classrooms.
PhD-level insights into conservation, sustainable environments, and the science of human performance under extreme conditions.
Resilience, grit, embracing adversity, and the power of turning the impossible into the inevitable — one decision at a time.
MounTurtle Academy, outdoor leadership, nature as teacher, and corporate retreat experiences that transfer to real-world performance.
Women & youth empowerment through the Yes, She Can initiative and the UN Women platform — proving possibility through action.
Each keynote is a fully developed, battle-tested talk drawn from real experience at the world's extremes. Available in English, Arabic, and French — on-site or virtual.
Goal-setting through adversity — how champions adjust without losing direction when the path changes beneath their feet.
